Public transport at a glance

The easy way from A to B

Why drive yourself when buses and trains can take you comfortably and easily to all destinations?

Buses and city buses run regularly between Val Casies/Gsiesertal, Tesido/Taisten and Monguelfo/Welsberg and connect the villages in the region with the main line in Val Pusteria/Pustertal valley towards San Candido/Innichen and Fortezza/Franzensfeste. The Guest Pass Gsiesertal-Welsberg-Taisten allows all guests of a member of the Tourism Association to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol - free of charge!

TRANSPORT OF PERSONS IN WHEELCHAIRS AND IN PUSHCHAIRS

The transport of persons in wheelchairs and in pushchairs is permitted on public transport with special signs and in accordance with the space available. If the space provided for wheelchairs and pushchairs on the bus is already occupied, no other passengers with wheelchairs or pushchairs may board the bus for safety reasons, as the unhindered boarding and alighting of all passengers must be ensured in any case. Infants in pushchairs can only be transported under the supervision of an accompanying person.

CARRIAGE OF LUGGAGE AND OBJECTS

Luggage and objects are under the supervision and custody of the passenger, who must take all necessary precautions, taking into account the nature of the journey and the influx of passengers. In any case, it is forbidden to occupy the seats or obstruct the access doors with the objects to be transported. The transport of luggage, pushchairs, wheelchairs, skis, snowboards and toboggan is free of charge.
