Summit panorama on the Lutterkopf 2145m in Tesido

From the hiking parking lot above Mudler, turning left along the hiking trail to the fork, then along the forest path up steeper to the Lutterkopf. Panoramic view of the Sesto Dolomites, the Peitlerkofel, the Rieserferner group and the Ortler. Following the path down to the Brunnerwiesen meadows and on to the Hochrauthütte hut, known for its unique dishes. The way back is initially via a trail that leads to the forest path and finally to the starting point. Refreshments possibility in a mountain hut. Difficulty: medium. Time: 9.00 am.-4.00 pm. Walking time: 4-5 hours. Difference in altitude: 550m. Meeting point: 9.00 am. at the hiking car park above the mountain inn Mudler in Tesido. Costs: 15€ with Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido, 30€ without Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido. Registration: Online booking within the day before, 5.00 pm. via www.gsieser-tal.guest.net or directly at the tourist information office.

Arrival

With the city bus line 438: The hiking car park “Taistner Alm” can be reached from Monguelfo and Tesido. By car: Drive to Tesido as far as the Guggenbergerhöfe farms and continue mostly through the forest up to the hiking car park, 300 metres above the mountain inn Mudler.
